Arrival is 6.30pm and the evening will end at midnight.

Please ensure you have informed us at awards@makeuk.org of any dietary requirements and the venue will cater for your needs.

You will be emailed the menu with the final joining instructions approximately 7 days before the event. It is a set menu and no changes can be made other than for those with special dietary requirements/allergies.

The table plan will be sent with the joining instructions and will be available on the evening. Several staff members will be present to help you find your table.

All dinner attendees will be entitled to free parking. All university car parks have Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). Delegates (including University employees attending events) will be required to register in advance or on the day of their attendance to facilitate free parking. 1. Fill in “Personal Details”, check the “Booking Summary” is correct.

2. Select your arrival and departure date & time. We recommend you select an earlier / later than planned time for arrival and departure, to ensure you have enough time for your parking needs, even if you are not parked for the entire period.

3. Add the promotional code : * * * * * (this promotional code will then reduce the price to £0.00) - promo code will be communicated to all guests prior to the dinner.

Delegates can also register on arrival at our venues for car parking using a QR code which can be found in all meeting spaces. The car parking location will be Kirby Corner Car park, Scarman or Radcliffe.
